Inactivity Warnings:
Members = after 20 days inactive their buildings will be wiped
Donor/Sponsor = after 30 days inactive their buildings will be wiped
Pledger/Devoted/Staff = No Limit

Building Code Warnings:
Upon warning they have 3 days to correct the issue or the building is wiped.
